The checklist is assigned to the responsible person. It is monitored continuously. The feature also keeps an eye on the actual update of the task.

The maintenance management feature ensures that standardized maintenance activities are performed on a timely basis in both the classroom and in the entire campus. This feature also monitors report on school equipments. It posts requests for the equipments needed to the inventory and gets the approval status on the Front desk.
