Housekeeping deals with the cleanliness of the school. The module of housekeeping creates a checklist of the tasks that has to be conducted on regular interval.

The checklist is assigned to the person who is responsible to conduct the given task. The checklist is updated from time to time. The feature of Housekeeping also monitors the checklist to get work done on time efficiently. The taskwise or user wise consolidated reports are made by the feature of Housekeeping.

This module is linked to Staff Attendance and Proxy Management. Whenever any Housekeeping staff is unavailable, Proxy Management ensures that their duty is replaced. Also Staff Attendance maintains the attendance of the Housekeeping Staff. The Higher Authorities can thus ensure that the Housekeeping are done from time to time.
